Unless a different delivery period is stated before purchase, orders are normally delivered or made accessible within one hour of successful payment.
Delivery is considered complete when the purchased information has been made available to the customer through the website, portal, email or other stated delivery method.
4. Accuracy and Validation
We take reasonable steps to provide accurate and current information. However, our information may originate from government databases and other third-party sources that can contain errors, omissions or delays.
Where a product provides an EU VAT number represented as valid, the information will be considered successfully delivered where the VAT number validates through the applicable official EU VAT validation system at the time of delivery.

8. Refunds and Digital Content
Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
You can request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date. Refunds are processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record and returned to the original payment method.
Our products consist of digital content that is delivered immediately, which is why checkout asks you to tick a box before you pay. Ticking it is what ends your statutory right of withdrawal for that purchase, as a result of that consent, once delivery begins. This is the exact wording:
“I expressly request that you begin delivery of the digital content before the end of the withdrawal period, and I acknowledge that I lose my right of withdrawal as a result of this consent once delivery begins.”
Until you tick that box, the 14-day right applies in full. We record your consent with the date and time and repeat it in your confirmation email. See our Refund Policy and section 2.2.4 of the Paddle Refund Policy.
If a product is faulty, not as described, or you cannot access it because of a technical problem, email info@cyprusvatnumber.com and we will resolve it.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Intellectual Property
The design, structure, software, organisation, presentation, reports, databases and original content of cyprusvatnumber.com are protected by applicable intellectual property and database rights.
Underlying public-record information remains subject to the rights and legal status applicable to its original source.
