Refund Policy

You can request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date.

Our 14-Day Refund Window

cyprusvatnumber.com sells digital business information products. All purchases are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as Merchant of Record and handles refunds on our behalf.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the transaction date. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Right of Withdrawal

Consumers in the European Union, EEA, Switzerland and the United Kingdom have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of the transaction date and receive a full refund.

How the checkbox at checkout affects this right

Before you pay, you have to tick a box. Ticking it is what ends your right of withdrawal, because it asks us to deliver straight away instead of waiting out the 14-day period. This is the exact wording you agree to:

“I expressly request that you begin delivery of the digital content before the end of the withdrawal period, and I acknowledge that I lose my right of withdrawal as a result of this consent once delivery begins.”

If you tick that box and we deliver, your right of withdrawal for that purchase is gone, as a result of that consent. Until you tick it, the 14-day right applies in full. Your consent, with the date and time you gave it, is repeated in the confirmation email we send you.

This mirrors section 2.2.4 of the Paddle Refund Policy, which removes the withdrawal right for digital content that has been used only where the buyer gave that express consent.

Technical or Product Defects

If a product is faulty, not as described, or a technical problem prevents you from accessing it, you are entitled to a refund under applicable consumer protection law. Contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue, and Paddle support if it cannot be resolved.
